My car was backed into while it was parked at a gas station. It has bee a few months and the guys insurance company wont answer my messages or call me at all. I’ve never had to deal with anything like this and im not sure of my rights.
You should have contacted your own insurance company. They would have done all of the work, you "hired" them to do when you paid them premiums. Call them now !
My Uncle bought a car one day and the next day he crashed. So I was wondering if his old car insurance which he is still paying for can cover the car.
OOPS he is notthe first or the last to do this. It is possible that he may be covered by two insurances and they will share it out between themselves.
1 a say seven day one from the dealer which gives him that period to get his insurance details and policy in order.
2. His own insurance as well if he did.
My current car insurance policy runs out at the end of the month and I will not be renewing with them. I am getting a new car approx 2 weeks before the expiry date. Can i start the insurance with another company and ‘overlap’ the insurance ?
You CAN do that since you are changing anyway.
