I was in a car accident one month ago and have been passed on to a third claims adjuster. I started the claim three weeks ago and sent police report, photos of my rear-ended car, medical bills, collision estimates and still haven’t heard anything.

Does your existing car insurance cover a car you just bought?
I just bought a car from a private party . I currently have existing insurance on my truck ( not the new car I just bought). I am driving this new car up to my sister in another state. Will my existing insurance cover this vehicle before it actually gets insured.
I thought there was some sort of 30-day grace period I once heard of. Anyone know anything?????
You have a certain ""grace period" to change it, like within a week or something. I’d call right away with your new vehicle info. It’s quick to do………
