Will my car insurance company pay for damages if someone else was driving my car at the time of the accident?
okay, if wondering. for example; My brother borrows my car, and wrecks it, and he is not listed as a driver in my car insurance, will my insaurance company(Statefarm) pay for the damages for my car?
yes they will and you still will be subject to the deductible. If your brother drives your car all the time I reccomend you putting him on your insurance, so your insurance company wont deny the claim.

Hi, My brother was recently hit by a lady when going around a round about. He was obeying all road rules but she did not se him when she entered the round a bout. He has no personal injures besides some cuts and grazing. However he has an expensive bike and when he got it assesed it was estimated the damage bill would be $1000. Is it possible for her to claim that on her insurance?

Rental Car question? If I rent a car and I have full coverage insurance does it cover a friend also driving?
the rental car if they are on the rental contract as a driver, but the car is in my name? I am planning a vacation with friends I have reserved a car and have full coverage insurance on my car and so it covers rentals for me, so if I have two friends also listed as drivers on the contract for the car that is rented in my name will my insurance cover them? I understand that insurance covers cars not people I’m just a little confused on this one.
I would say that if they are in the contract as drivers it then would make sense that they are covered to drive but stranger things have happened so it is best to ask who you are renting your car from.
