If I have Car Insurance with State Farm and my car wont start after a snowstorm, can I call the insurance?

I dont have full coverage but will they help if I call?

If you don’t have full coverage, State Farm is not responsible for anything that happens to YOUR car. Liability coverage only covers damage your car does to others.
