My husbands ship mate just received mail today saying that his car insurance was paid after he a4v it for 500 dollars last mos in January 2010! He is a naturalized Citizen of the state and was born in another country. So if he can do it so can we right???? Woo hoo so excited. Yes he sent it to the IRS!! He said he got a letter back from the IRS that it was paid!
